DR. SHILY’S BIO

Dr. Shily firmly believes that a compassionate doctor-patient relationship is the foundation of any effective medical treatment. Whether you are Myopic (nearsighted), Hyperopic (farsighted), Presbyopic, Astigmatic, or Keratoconic each treatment plan is tailored to the patient’s needs and specific diagnosis.

Dr. Shily has obtained additional sub-specialty training in specialty contact lens and refractive surgery consultation. He has been on the staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and has been associated with several distinguished medical eye care groups within the Los Angeles area for nearly 35 years. He has served on the Board of the Los Angeles County Optometric Society over two decades as a continued education chair and was past President of this society, 2018-2019.
