Dr. Shily has obtained additional sub-specialty training in specialty contact lens and refractive surgery consultation. He has been on the staff at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and has been associated with several distinguished medical eye care groups within the Los Angeles area for nearly 25 years. He has also served on the Board of the Los Angeles County Optometric Society for the last decade and presently is the co-director of Continuation Education, awarding him the opportunity to work with others professionals, as well as remain up-to-date on the latest technological advances in eye care.
